Sananda Discusses Compassion as a Release of Resistance to Pain

Conversations with Adama: Dec 18th, “Healing the World’s Governments” (begins at about 87:10, if you want to listen).

After Adama answers a question on political involvement – Sananda joins in (below) and talks about holding compassion in the face of darkness, referring to the dark moments before being martyred.

     This is Lord Sananda, also known as Jesus, Lord Jesus. And I want to share that what I experienced for you, while incarnated as Yeshua, when I experienced the abyss of emotion, the dark void that humankind is so often avoiding in their experience. I did this in service of God, and I did it from the standpoint of a man, so that we could all know that it’s possible. In my human incarnation in that lifetime, I dealt with the raw experience of having nowhere to look for help. This is all an emotional journey, when I experienced the dark point in my life, that has been described by the disciples as the pain that I went through in the Garden. 

     I look back on this now, not with any sense of regret or pain, but because I want to draw your attention to this, because your collective society experiences estrangement from that raw experience of facing the void, which is still something that is feared. And often when I am encountered — truly when one encounters me in the heart — there is a flood of relief in the heart. This relief comes because I offer is a release of the resistance to the pain of what you would call the abyss, the abyss of feeling estranged from your Source. Each one of you has the capacity to follow the role that I fulfilled by holding that pure space of compassion, no matter how dark it appears in your experience.

As each person takes that role, the collective experience of the Light, the Truth, will grow exponentially. So I want to convey to you how much power and love that you have. You have equal capacity for this that I did, because I came into a human incarnation in this way on purpose, because I wanted to demonstrate to you that it can be done. And there’s no need to be concerned with who you are or what your role is. Everything is about love and about returning to Source. This is what I wanted to say.

Conversation between Adama & Celestine: Christmas Celebrations, and also 2012 Predictions

Brother Adama of Telos, I send you my love, on this special day. We on the surface are celebrating a wonderful Holiday of light. Although the celebration of the birthing of Christ is one thing to celebrate in the coming of the one called Jesus. It to me means much more than that. It is about the pouring forth of our Christed Selves into our physical bodies, bringing forth that unconditional love, joy and acceptance for all things, into the here and now moment.To me its more about the celebrating of being together. And not so much about the gifts. Although it is quite lovely receiving such wonderful much needed items. Tell me, Adama do you have such wonderful celebrations like this?

 

Sister Celestine, Firstly I would like to thank you for getting in touch with us on such a wonderful day, and taking the time amid your celebrations to speak with us. We here in Telos send you our gratitude for thinking about us, and send you our love to you all.

We very much enjoy your celebrations, and we enjoy many celebrations ourselves. Including the celebration of the divine light of the Christ. We understand that it is a great upliftment for all humanity on the surface, and the celebrations you undertake are different to ours. However, thats not to say it is good or bad, but we have a different way of celebrating such things. On the surface you get together with family, have a meal, open gifts, and enjoy much intoxicating liquor.We here in Telos have a special ceremony for the whole community, in the temple at the beginning of our celebratory festivities. Then we have a procession in the street, dressed up with music and frivolity. And there is a banquet for the whole community to undertake outside the fresh air. We enjoy this time to bring ourselves together in community and enjoy the dancing, singing, and creative, festive plays and enactments.

What you say about the giving of gifts, is also undertaken by us, we always have the perfect gift to give and it is not so much always a physical gift, but can be a gift given of energy, blessing, or healing. It is always perfect for the person, and it is always graciously received. But as you say, it is not about the gifts of great things, but the gift of love and companionship with all the community that matters the most in each celebration.

The celebration of Christmas on the surface world has been very misunderstood by many people. It is about the return of the light of the Sun to the world, after the darkness of the shorter days of winter. Due to the inbalance of the world, and the angle of the earth in relation to the sun, you have short days and long nights during such ‘winter modes’. As you take the time to think about that, there is also the significant meaning of celebrating the ‘Christed Self’ that ascended master self that you are. That you merely need to uncover by removing the illusions and programes put into place to place your world into bias and duality. This is not one particular person to celebrate, but to truly celebrate it, means that you celebrate all of you, each and everyone of you. As the Master Self that you uncover from the removing of dirt and illusion, shines forth, you clearly see you have much to celebrate. We celebrate you everyday, and everytime you celebrate we are with you, alongside you, also sharing in the festivities. As to do all your families, friends, and extended beings of light. Let this joy you recieve from such measures carry you up to the higher vibrations, and hold you there. For this coming year will proove greatly uplifting for you all. And is the start of something wondrous for you all, as you open up your consciousness to that Christed Self, the Master Self, and you take control of all that you think, feel and act.

Tell me about Earth, and 2012 ‘predictions’ and the real truth about what is going to happen, please.

 

Earth is a wonderful place to live, it is our home, it holds much beauty, and whilst it has changed dramatically since our lives upon the surface, and the downfall of humanities conscious levels, it still remains a very beautiful place. There is so many ‘fear’ filled predictions being made upon the surface world. Some of which you have been manipulated into believeing, from outside lower vibrational beings. The collective conscious levels have risen dramatically in the past decade and many people are now seeing past this fear manipulations about the so called end of the earth and the need to leave its safe haven. What we see here about the upcomming year is one that is going to hold much upliftment for you, and not one of chaos and sudden drastic changes.

The conscious reality however is one of your choosing, and if you wish it to be so, you can make it manifest. However, there is really no need to be concerned about the Earth or its shifting, for it is a gradual process. It is and has been happening all around you, whilst you have lived upon her surface, and whilst there have been some tragic incidences, the majority of you have remained unharmed by such shifts in the crusts. No one can tell you what will and will not happen, for that is the future, however you can create a smooth and easy transition by working with the energy around you incomming into the planet at this time. No accurate predictions can be made about the future, because we have not gone there yet. It is rather a journey together that we create in each moment, as a whole.

 

Yes Adama, there are many theories wildly being put out there about us having to leave the earth and that all those of you within inner earth have already gone. What is your take on this?

 

I assure you that we are still very much in Telos and these claims are unfounded. You can all come here in your astral bodies and see us here. We have no intention of leaving our city here, for we are safe. The earth is a safe place for human life to exist also, and there is no need to fear about having to leave it. Rather we suggest you use great discernment in such messages for they are obvious fear laden messages, with a set intention to keep you from stepping into higher consciousness. These theories are as you say wild, and have no actual foundation in fact. There is no need for any intervention currently and humanity is working its way back to the higher realms in its consciousness with no need for a direct intervention, apart from some guidance, which is given directly to those who would have a connection to the Ascended Masters. This guidance is then distributed to the collective via messages and teachings from such people who have agreed to take on these roles, for those who are not yet aware of their ability to connect with the Masters and Angels of higher vibration.

 

Wow thankyou Adama, that has cleared up many questions I’ve had about the messages I’ve seen posted about. And one more thing, the Galactic Federation of Light, are they really coming in next year to help humanity? And what about Galactic Law? Does that not prohibit such a contact before a collective is ready? Are they ready for such a contact? Im feeling iffy about these messages, that there is something not right? Unless I am just holding prejudices?

 

There is the confusing part for humanity, who to trust. There are lower vibrational astral entities who are posing as the Galactic Federation of Light, and they have had the intention to come to earth and interfere with the collective growth occuring.

The real Galactic Federation of Light have always been here assisting since the fall of the continents and the human conscious levels. They have never left. We have contact with them at all times, and speak with them. They do not have any intention of coming to you at this time, whilst there are many who are not ready for such. Nor do they intend to ‘intervene’ because yes the Galactic Law prohibits such contact to be established, and that is one of the reasons why you have incarnated beings, such as yourself among humanity. The volunteers who are here teach and show humanity the way forwards from within the collective.

With regards to the prejudces, no you have none in regards to this matter, because at some level you already know this information. The messages are obviously incorrect, for this timeline as it is currently. Honour your feelings about such messages, there are many who would hold this against you. Do not let this distort you from your truth and mission here. The true timeline is in need of healing, and the distorted timelines need to be removed from earths real timeline. As you have already seen, there are manipulations being put into it, to make the collective more suseptable to the possible interance from other outward distractions. The real need is to stay on task with planet Earth. And to help the rest of humanity to ascend into the higher vibrations once again.

To do this one needs to remove the illusion, fear, doubt and dirt, clouding the real light. For it is only when you are aware of the real you- the light within you, that you are able to discern truth, love and real wisdom.

Adama on the Purpose of Connecting with the Telosians

It is important to say, because we need to set you on a beeline for awakened consciousness. That is our goal.

Adama on Expanding Heart Awareness, and on Expected Changes as We Near 2012

Selene: What can we do to stay in the state where the mind surrenders to the heart?  Can you talk more on that?
Adama: The heart has to do with community and sharing.  When the mind surrenders to the heart, it opens doors, and it opens your awareness to parts of yourself that you may not have known existed.  As you merge with God/dess, then they will teach your heart expanded consciousness and you’ll begin to feel more communion with life, with flowers and animals and nature.  You’ll feel the harmony, the tone, the pulse that is simultaneously in all of creation.  When you’re in harmony with that, then all of your fears will fall away.
__To use an analogy, if you were to look at your hand, and get lost looking at it, so that you think you’re limited to only being “one hand,” the mind is then fixated on limitation.  As you begin to open and expand your awareness, you go, “ahh, I am more than only one hand, I am a whole entire body.”  When that recognition arrives, you recognize your purpose.  You have full access to all of your faculties.  You can breathe, you can smell, you can write, you can run, and play.  New dimensions of experience open up to you.  Similarly, as your mind surrenders to your heart, then God can reveal to you the full consciousness of who you are.
     This is the next step that we’re taking.  Humanity is beginning to access full consciousness and this will have a tremendous and profound impact on the world, as you can imagine.  Every tiny component of your experience of who you are will vibrate differently as your awareness expands.  And so, taking time daily to hold this frequency that I’m talking about, bringing the energy into your heart and sending it to your mind, the mind will release it’s hold on it’s preconceived notions that you’ve been holding on to for thousands of lifetimes.  Then, piece by piece, you’ll begin to comprehend the whole picture. A Near-Death Experience

Adama has asked me to share my personal experience meeting with him, many years ago.

When I was a child, I met with Adama in my spirit body.  During an experience in which I could not breathe, I had left my body completely.  I encountered many “Divine” Beings (though in truth, these Beings are no more  Divine than we are, and we are no less Divine than they).  The overall experience was quite personal but the part I want to share is that there was a point where I met with Adama.  He recently told me it’s time to share, and so I said “okay.”  

When I met Adama, in Spirit, I could see him clearly.  I thought of him as a “big brother” in a sense, though in truth there is no word I can think of that equates to it.  He stood by my side and was so close to me that I almost lost notice of him, kind of the same way that you don’t actively notice that you are breathing, simply because it’s familiar to you.    Read the rest of this entry →

Transcript: Is Your Emergence Immanent?

Full Transcript of Session with Larry Frank & Erin Mackley, as Channel for Adama.  

I am sharing this because it brings a lot of clarity to the topic of Ascension and the emergence of the Telosians.  Larry is inquiring about a previous channeling he received from someone else, in which Adama mentioned planning a meeting in which he would be visible to some people.  Apparently this meeting that Larry talks about, directly intending to be a “face-to-face” meeting, has now been changed.  He has said it is now with the intention of focusing on “a mutual ceremony with Adama and other beings of light which may result in a face to face encounter with Adama. Adama mentions here in this channeling, that the day will come when we will Ascend, and all things will be visible to us.” <3

Erin: I’m going to tune in deeply to Adama, and the collective of the Telosians and my Higher Self. What they’re showing me first is that the earth is going to reach a point where there is a lot of freedom, the kind of freedom we’re not used to – to make an analogy, it will be like floating in space where there is no gravity, there is no more push and pull on our energies and our emotions . Telosian Emergence: a Broader Perspective

I believe that the Emergence of the Telosians, as predicted in Dianne Robbin’s books and those by Aurelia Louise Jones, coincides with the collective rise in consciousness that everyone is ancitipating, that is predicted by the Mayan Calendar, and by indigenous prophets. However, it is important not to put the cart before the horse, that is, to recognize that it’s not primarily about looking for something external.  It’s about an inner awakening.
